All prices are in euros, including VAT. Items can be returned if not worn and washed and with the original cards still attached.

Order and confirm

If you decide to purchase a product, follow the steps as indicated in the shopping cart. Incomplete data can unfortunately not be processed. If you have entered your details correctly, you will receive a confirmation message within 24 hours. If you cannot find a solution or have a question, please send an email to [email protected].


After receiving the payment, the product will be sent as soon as possible. Usually the same day and in any case within 5 working days.

To send

For shipping costs within the Netherlands from January 1, 2019 I charge for a package up to 10 kilos with DHL 5.75 euros. Packages heavier than 10 kilos cost 8.75 euros to send. Above 20 kg it becomes 13.25 euros.

For items that fit in an envelope, 1.95 or 2.95 applies depending on the weight.

For orders over 50 euros I do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands.

Kleingebleven is not responsible for lost mail items. We will, of course, help to get the package back on the surface and help to find a solution.

If you are not satisfied

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the ordered item. You can indicate this by contacting me ([email protected]). The shipping costs for returning to Kleingebleven will then be at your expense.

After receiving the item, I will return the amount that you have paid for the item (including the initial the shipping costs). For more information, I refer you to the return page.

Of course when you contact us, we will make sure to help you any way we can. And you are legally protected as a customer and I as an entrepreneur. I would therefore like to draw your attention to the website of the European Disputes Committee ODR. Where you as a consumer can always go in case of escalation.
